ESG Report 2025
Doing our bit to help make print green.
Here at CIM Signs & Graphics, we’re committed to doing our bit to reduce our environmental impact and helping the print industry and our customers to be more sustainable. We’ve been in business for 25 years and through continually adapting and improving our operations, we want to support the planet long into the future.
Established in 2000, we have sustained growth of a fantastic customer base both locally and nationally, putting our success down to delivering competitively priced sign solutions combined with excellent customer service. Our ultimate aim is to never let anyone down on our promises.

It is important to us that we do everything we can to:
minimise our carbon footprint
maximise recycling
recommend more eco-friendly products
champion new materials
help our customers make better choices
Environmental
We have also implemented an eco-star-rating scheme for our sheet and roll products based on their environmentally friendly credentials, making it easier for customers to make an informed choice. Our dedication to providing the best product for every print job sees us working with customers to discuss their individual requirements and recommend the most suitable product based on its desired use and the durability required.

Our SwissQprint
Not only are we championing recycled and recyclable products with our SwissQprint, the printer itself has its own eco benefits.
Low CO2 emissions
• The UV printing process requires neither heating nor ventilation, which keeps energy requirements low.
• LED lamps consume little electricity and have low emissions.
• The lifespan of SwissQprint products is more than a decade.
• The printer itself is low maintenance, which minimises service calls and consumable parts that need replacing.

Less waste, more recycling
In 2025, we reduced our waste to landfill by over 1/3 by separating poly, card and aluminium waste. This is currently sorted, recycled and bailed locally, with 75% of this process taking place within just 200m of our own premises. We are also working with FESPA to increase our knowledge around trade waste and new products, enabling us to follow best practice and continue to improve in this area.

Corporate Social Responsibility
We’re a local employer and a huge believer in doing our bit to support the community in which we’re based. CIM is committed to helping the amazing groups, clubs, charities and organisations we are proud to have met and built relationships with over the years.
Our calendar
In 2019, we decided to change tack with our promotional calendar. Rather than push CIM, we wanted to use it as a vehicle for the greater good, highlighting each year some of the brilliant charities and causes we are pleased to support. Twelve local and national charities are chosen by our team based on their personal experiences and those we support as a business. Each one is presented in the calendar, with the aim of raising awareness, which we hope will drive further interest and support.
